Data we collect

Account data

Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Workspace data

The business information you enter to run your workspace — recipes, batches, inventory, suppliers, customers, sales, expenses and similar records. This content belongs to you.

Technical data

Basic technical information generated when you use the service, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and server logs. We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in.

How we use your data

• To provide, maintain and secure the service, including authentication.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To improve reliability and features, and to diagnose problems.
• To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of our legitimate interests (securing and improving the service), to comply with legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
