BBatchMakes
About

Software for people who make things

BatchMakes started with a simple frustration: small producers pour everything into their craft, then run the actual business of it on a patchwork of spreadsheets, notebooks and memory. Stock runs out mid-batch. Nobody knows what a unit really costs. Invoices slip. The making is joyful; the back office is a mess.

So we built one place for the operations side — recipes, batches, stock, costs, sales and compliance — shaped around how batch production actually works. You pick your craft and the workspace arrives already set up with the right stages and measurements, so you’re tracking real numbers on day one instead of configuring software for a week.

It’s multi-vertical by design. A brewery tracking excise duty, a roaster costing green coffee, a jam maker pricing jars, a soap or candle maker managing moulds and cure times — all run on the same backbone, each seeing it in their own language.

Batches, not spreadsheets
Real makers work in batches that span weeks. The whole app is built around that rhythm, not forced into rows and tabs.
Know your numbers
Cost per unit, margins and who owes you — the answers to “am I actually making money?” shouldn't need a calculator or an accountant.
One app, many crafts
Beer, cider, coffee, cheese, jam, honey, soap, cosmetics — same backbone, set up for what you make from day one.
Honest software
We only ship features that exist and only advertise what the product does. No phantom capabilities that break trust on first login.
